I need to cancel my passport stamping appointment on this Monday(3/28) but I have lost the infopass appointment notice. How can I cancel it? Thanks a lot in advance.

You can cancel in two way

1. Confirmation Number
Your Confirmation Numer is the serial tracking number that InfoPass assigns to your appointment. Your Confirmation Number is the code listed below the bar code on your appointment notice.
on bottom of infopass apointment they print a number to cancel if u have written u can cancel.

2. Personal Identification NUmber
Your Personal Identification Number is a random five-digit code assigned to you when you make your appointment. You will find this code located on the bottom half of your original appointment notice. For security purposes, your Personal Identification Number will not be displayed on duplicate notices. Please keep this number private; anyone who knows your Confirmation Number and your Personal Identification Number will be able to cancel your InfoPass appointment.



If u lost that number too, than Don't worry they are not comming to you if u miss ur appointment.


just get another appointment for u
