Hello All,
I have my P3 review completed by NVC and hope that the case will be sent to Montreal Consulate soon. I am in EB3 category and my case might be affected by retrogession.
Assuming that the processing will be not affected by retrogession:
I need advise from experts on this forum. My wife is currently in India and she is not in a situation to travel for couple of month. If I get the interview date in couple of month what are my options.
1. I can try to postpose the interview to some extent but don't think can buy couple of months, which means this is not an option for me.
2. I can complete the process for myself and then file I-824 requesting the transfer of case to Chennai consulate which might again take quite sometime.
Is this possible.
3. I can complete the process for myself and then file for FOLLOW TO JOIN. Can I use this option as this might save me sometime as this does not involve getting I-824 approved.
PS: Very less possibility of travel for my wife.
Your response is appreciated.
Thanks a Bunch
