Hello:
I unfortunately made a mistake going with a totally useless lawyer in Texas for my National Interest Waiver. This apps. was denied, but I am appealing the baseless ruling.
Can ANYONE give me pointers for this? The lawyer says the chances are slim, but I gotta take the chance...I have afterall published in the New England Journal of Medicine, and I feel I can win the appeal IF it is done right.
I have NO confidence in this stupid lawyer, and I need to file the appeal ASAP.
