Dear Members,
I currently recieved my work permit for Saipan (US territory with its own immigration), also I've been there last year sponsonred business tourist by Saipan based company and worked there for one month, then returned here in the Philippines last November 25, 2004 until i recieved my work permit.
Question: Does my current status as employee of a Multi-National Company with offices in Guam, California, China, Philippines will help me in my plan for applying for US B1/B2 visa here in Manila before i left for Saipan this month?
Also I'm married here in PI with 2 kids.
