My son is reaching age 14. He got his green card approved on JUN 2001 ,rcvd card on AUG 2001 (VSC) without the index finger print, now we need to file I-90 for new card with his finger print. please adv how I should file the I-90 in NewYork INS district office , is it inperson or by mail , if by mail do I have to send the actual card or not.

secondly I thought the selective service is for age 18 through 25 , correct me if I am wrong.

Don\'t remember age; make sure you will do it on time or otherwise he may never get citizenship.
