Please Help

Please Advice....
I have b1/b2 for 10 yrs,Came on that to US..one of my employer did apply for change of status from b1/b2 to h1. But i had to leave US in emergency....
Now my Status change is approved..Can i come to US without any hassle with that b1/b2 or do i need to go to US Embasy.... confused:

Thanks Joe, So i need to take the same approval to the USEmbasy..Is there a chance of rejection there??
