Hi Folks
Iam one of he unfortunate persons.My labor has been approved in june.But my employer didnt apply for I140 and 485 untill now.I already send all the paper work one month back now my lawyer is asking me for affidavits because my birth certificate has date of registration 01/20/2003 which is 25yrs after my birth.If I bring affidavits from my parents it will delay the process again one month.Does anybody know
1.do u want me to tell my lawyer :goahead and file the 485 with that certificate only.so that mean while i will get my afidavits if i get an rfe i can reply ASAP.(OR)
2.Do u want me to wait and get the affidavits and then apply
