i came to usa on F-1 visa. i stayed out of status for 8 year. later on i apply for asylum but did not go through the interview call. then i married with the women i love and had one son from her he is 1 year old now.later, i found out that i had deportation orders against me .i left the country USA now i am back home in india. my wife file 1-30 for me last year in nov we have not heard anything yet. my wife with one son and two daughters are in USA they want me back because it is hard for them to survive like that witout me. How i can go back in this situation? how long would it take for 1-30 to get approved? what would happen about my deportation orders and 8 yeras out of status. please help and advice in this regard.
