Any one please explain new rules for CP.Is there any problem to apply CP
with new rules.Will it increase time frame?if so how much.Please clarify my questions

your concerns are correct and now it is going to be more time consuming as few new steps have been added to CP which are going to increase the time for process. Another thing to consider would be as a number of ppl are going for CP so 485 is less crowded but only next 2 -3 months will make things more clear.
