Please Help!

My I-140 approved with company A, then switched to Company B with H1-B transfer and worked six months for Company B then again switched back to Company A and filed 485 and Finger Prints also over, is it ok to switch back and forth like this, some of my friends said, it\'s not valid. What are options I have right now.

You do not have to work for the sponsoring company until you get your GC since it is for a future job. However, I would stop changing companies for now and stay with the GC sponsoring company not to complicate your processing. Your constant switching could arise a credibility issue of your GC for your future job. Stay put and good luck!
