Please help....Working on W2

My 140/485 concurrent RD 01/23/2004
My 140 was approved on 02/28/05
I did not renew my H1B, I am with my second EAD.
I am still working for my employer with whom i filed my GC.

Can i work with any other employer on W2 now?
Does the 6month period start from 140/485 RD or from AD of 140?

6 months starts from your concurrent filing date not the approval date.. As long as the job duties are the same, then I think you are fine to change your employer and can work using EAD..
