Please Help:Working in Canada for past 2 yrs. Want to move to USA this year.

I need your help and suggestions:

I have got my Candian PR for the past 2 yrs now and I am working in the IT
field in Canada right now. Was in USA before that on H1 for 5 yrs but GC could not be processed so decided to come to Canada and work since got Canadian Residency.

Now here is my situation:
I am getting married to a GC holder in USA. My spouse does not want to come to Canada. Can I go and work in USA? Can I get H1B again? Since I am in the IT field can I start my own business in USA? Can I work in USA without H1B? Can my spouse sponsor me while I am on H1B? What are my options???
Can I apply for Canadian Citizenship in less than 3 yrs(Say after 2.5 yrs) so I can get it earlier?

Your best bet would be to apply for canadian citizenship as soon as possible after 3 years of continouous staying in canada. I have done that and once you become canadian you are a free bird. Canadians are exempt for visa to enter usa as does a US green card and US citizen holder.
In the mean time, get married and you can still live in canada while your spouse can live in US. Once you apply for citizenship, you can then move with you spouse. The citizenship would tale around 8-10 months time.
I do not see any other way which would really benefit you. Your spouse is a US GC holder, so getting your GC would take enormous time, unless your spouse takes US citizenship and then apply for your GC. Also I do not see any reason to abandon your landing status in Canada after staying 2 years.

Also there is a bill in canada Parliament which would recently change the staying rules of Landing Immigrants. The new rule would be that landing immigrants would need to stay 2 years out of 5 years. If this bill passes then you would be all set. Just keep your fingers crossed and do not take any decision hurrily.

      You need H1-B to work in USA even if you have Canadian PR.

      Yes.

Since I am in the IT field can I start my own business in USA?
      I am not sure if you can start your own business without
      US green card. If not, your spouse can start the business and
      file an H1-B for you.
       
Can I work in USA without H1B?
      No. You need to have H1-B or US Green card or TN visa if you
      are canadian citizen

Can my spouse sponsor me while I am on H1B?
      Yes. Your spouse can sponsor you for US greencard. Depending on
      your nationality this could take upto five years.
