Please help with the address of where my green card will mail to

Hi guys,

My interview date is on 3rd September but there's something that really bother me, before i tell you what it really bother me I'll tell you my plan for now.

Since i'm allowed to leave for US within 6 months after the interview, I'll leave in the fifth month (need to save some money haha), before i leave for US, and I'll go to US for 1 or 2 weeks because apparently i've signed a contact where i need to stay at my company to serve for atleast a year or else I'd have to compensate, so for this reason I'll go back to my country for another few months before i go back to the US, there's also another reason, financial factor (recession, can't find job). But my current situation is, my friend just told me they could move to other state on next year, so the address they provided can't be use anymore in the application. What do you guys suggest? Here's my questions:

1). Is that possible to use an address from US Embassy of where my green card will to. Because my friend told me he could move in next year, so there's no way i can use his address anymore.

2). I have another friend who willing to provide me her address for me, but she will only able to provide me her address after two weeks later.

3). What if my friend suddenly move while i have already provided the address?

4). Is anyone who is willing to help? Please do

The reason I'm asking for an address is because I'll go back to my country and i can't wait till the green card is sent to my friend's house, so i need someone who is trustworthy and i'll pay for the cost including FedEX that will mail my greencard back to my country.

Anyone who can provide me an advise or assistance on this will be appreciated.

you don't have to worry too much on the address issue. The address can always be changed at the point of entry. You can use your other friends address since her address will be ready in 2 weeks time. All you would have to do is to tell the Immigration officials at the Point of Entry that you want to change the address where you want the green card,welcome letter and social security card sent to.

There's a very simple solution to your problem at least if you know the name of the city you be immigrating to

TOWN, STATE, ZIP

Does US Embassy allow to use the mailbox at the post office? I asked the US Embassy if they allow me to apply with the P O Box address but they told me it's not allow. Please advise, anyone who do use the usps service so far? Any winner who use the service? Please advise

dont worry, is not a serious problem, you an change the adress at any time, for more information email KCC is a better way. good luck
