Please help with INFO on change of agent letter to NVC

Hello everyone: I would be grateful if someone could assist me with the following problem:

I recently got my NIW I-140 approved and opted for CP. BCIS forwarded my case to NVC and NVC has forwarded fees bills to m attorney who processed my NIW.

HOWEVER, I am not retaining this attorney for CP - I will be pursuing CP without an attorney (not a bad idea, I hope?).

How do I tell NVC that I will be representing myself. What address do I send written correspondence to and WHAT should the text of the letter explicitly state??

Thank you for your time. I will be grateful for any advice/assistance

Zaye,
YOu could send a fax to NVC at 603-334-0791 with your NVC case number or your I140 case number stating that you would like to remove the attorney from your file. NVC will then send you a form DS3032 (change of agent form)which you are required to fill and mail it back to NVC at The National Visa Center, 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth NH 03801-2909. You could also look at the url http://travel.state.gov/nvc.html for more info. You could also talk to an operator at NVC at 603-334-0700 and them for info on how to change your agent. You need your NVC case # or I140 case number when you call the above number.

Hello Amigo:

Thank you very much for your reply. I really appreciate your time.

One more question - I hope somebody can help me out here.

My fees bills have already been received by my attorney (they are FedExing to me and I should have them tommorow).

Can I go ahead and send NVC the fees AND process change of agent paperwork in parallel? OR, should I wait for change of agent paperwork to go through and then send off the fees?

In other words, will sending of fees with fees bills that were addressed to my attorney (previous agent) complicate the issue if I am requesting change of agent at the same time?

Thank you so much. I cannot tell you how much assistance this board provides.

No. Sending the two things together will not complicate the issue. Everything will be fine. Good Luck.
