I applied graduate school program which is very close related to my current major for this fall, and my employer is very supportive about the idea going back to school to further enhance my career. I think right now it all depends on whether the visa will work or not?
I am just wondering whether I could switch to part time H1B and go back school full time. The program is two years, and I know that part time H1B can set up a range of working hours. I will still work 20 hr/w during the semester, and 40 hr/w during the vacation.
I have been researching about this and consulting advisors, but not get a clear answer yet. I did find out somebody going to school full time under H1B, although I am not sure whether he/she manages to still work full time or part time.
I understand this is a very tricky question, but if anybody has any experience about this, please help me out, I would really appreciate that.
