Please help -- Wife\'s RFE ( Unacceptable birth certificate)

I have produced a local government birth certificate as search has been made & no record has found. So I added Notarized affidavit supporting document and sent to INS.

I got an RFE for producing birth certificate. What should I do. What is the alternative for this case.

RFE for wife only or did your case get approved?
Try to get another one from india.That would be the best.

I am from India, I also did the same thing, I got non-availability certificate from local municipality and produced two notarized affidavits(both from my uncles). I hope every body does the same thing, I don\'t understand why you got RFE!!
