Hi,
I would like to send a letter to one of NNCP officers (not Mr. Hooton at this stage). Who is the best person to write to? In Rahul's PDF file he mentions Diane Berger and Renee Morton (Analyst, Supervisor), should I start with one of them?

What address?

Hope someone reply to my posting.

At this stage I have a "no records" in response to my FOIPA, have sent expedite request to VSC (they advise to send it to Newark DO), have sent a letter to my interviewing officer explaining my situation and requested expedite (answer awaited), and have sent two emails to fbinncp@... (no answers).

fax the letter (what u sent via email) to the nncp. write to cannon (nncp chief) if you want to follow the hierarchy

Thanks Rahul! I assume 202-324-3367. Is it Mr. or Mrs. Cannon? Is the street address the same as Mr. Hardy's?
