Please help What else I can do?

RD:140/485 : April/02/2003
2 EAD's
Employer made 2 enquiries
Loyer sent 2 enquiry letters
I called 1800 number so many times.Same answer from them your case is pending.
Sent a letter through senator on October 28th
there is no response
LUD for I-140 got updated on Sep/24/03 saying
"On September 24, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

2nd FP done Aug/28/2004
LUD for I-485 got updated Sep/09/2004 to sep/16/2004 saying
"On September 16, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

Today also I called 1800 number she (uscis rep) said, your case is still pending,I can't give more than this information for your I-140.I explained everything, she said tell your employer to call us again or tell your attorney call us again.
Recently my attorney sent a letter and it reached the INS on Nov/11/2004.
I tracked by using postal tracking number,somebody signed it and received it.

I sent email to FBI for name check.I got reply from FBI:
"A review of the FBI's Name Check Program database concerning "myname" revealed a request was received from the United States Citizenship
and Immigration Services (USCIS) on April 16, 2003 and finalized also on April
16, 2003. The results were forwarded to USCIS."



Anybody has experience like this and what else I can do ? please help

ND 4/18/2003(140& 485)
FP1 exipred on 9/12/2004

FP2: ?????

My attorney contacted USCIS 3 times. No response yet

Contacted Congress man
Response : Your finger prints expired. Contact after you complete the second finger prints

I am sick of seeing processing dates moving every 15 days. but still people are waiting with ND before that Processing date.

Same here ND sep 19, 2004. No response. Even though I see they are approving cases from oct, nov and 2004. In my case I have not yet got the reponse from FBI about the name check, email send on Oct 11. I think they have a time lag of 2 - 3 months. Also, in my case the 485 status says FP collected and are pending review. I have no idea what that message means. Its so frustrating.
