Can any of your guys who got EAD renewed or who knows know, tell me what documents are needed for EAD renewal?

First don't forget to pay the Master

EAD renewal Form ( I 765)
2 picture EAD style
current EAD front and back copies and all other INS papers..

Recipet notices/approval
H1B
485
Labor

etc

you should be fine. I did it myself. Saved $300 for myself as lawyer was asking for it. Just filed for my wife few weeks back and got the Recipet notice

We went to INS @Hartford, CT today..

They took The following
Application form I765
Chk for $120 Each applicant
Copy of EAD, Both sides
I765 approval copy (previous one)
I485 Rcpt copy

They said, they will be calling us soon for an appointment n take the pict's n finger prints...We are expecting ASAP...
 
Can I use the same photo as I used for the 1st EAD?

Guys please advise: do I have to take new pictures for EAD renewal? The instructions on EAD renewal say "the pictures should be taken in past 30 days".

Please.

I know you wont believe me.

But when I applied for EAD renewal, I did send them New Pics, but guess what when I got the renewed EAD, it had the same pic of my last EAD.

But My advise is please do send recent Pics, coz I have seen cases getting RFE's for pics.
