I just called VSC and found out that my case was on 'visa availability' hold. However, even I am from a retro-country, my husband (the primary applicant) is not. To our understanding, the derivative's case should be under the primary applicant's visa category, which is 'world-wide'.
Does anybody know the link for related laws? VSC must have made a mistake! When I complained this to VSC representative, she even said that I probably know more than her!
