Last LUD was Jan 3. Still have not received anything.

How long does it take the RFE to arrive? Please help!!!

as far as their site is saying they are working on november 15th case for i140
 
be patience. Mine has LUD on 12/01 then 1/12 and 1/13. RFE sent to Lawyer and waiting .. They say ten days to receive the letter.
