Hello everyone,

I am Kelly and my fiance is Hugo. We are interested in finding out the best way to get Hugo legal. He came from Mexico 3 years ago, through the dessert. Now we want to get all his papers and such so he can travel back and forth freely to visit family, as his grandmother is ill.

I was wondering which would be easiest to do:
file under an EMPLOYMENT SPONSER or get married

Also, I am wanting to get his sister brought up here so what would I need to do? She cant file down there as she lives so far away from Mexico DF, and that were she would need to go for all the papers.

Any help would be so greatly appreciated! This family means the world to me and I dont ever want to loose them, and that is what I am so scared of!

Ok so if I sent him back home and applied for him to come here, how would they know if he was here before or not?

I was told by a local lawyer that we could get married adn he would have to pay back taxes but it could be done. I guess I was just hoping for a faster way.
