Hello,
I have a quick question for your office, the answer to which I did not find in your forums.
My relatives had applied for my fathers green card a long time back. Finally rhe consulate in Mumbai called up my dad and informed him about his priority date which was November, 2003.
But there was slight problem, when the officers called my dad to confirm his date of birth my dad told them 1947 and born in India whereas my fathers relative had by mistake filed it as Karachi, Pakistan 1949.
Do you think this will be an issue any help or refrence would be greatly appreciated
ANy immigration lawyer in Mumbai who can help me will help too
