I am going to apply for my H1 revalidation and my wife's H4 at Chennai and planning to travel together.
In DS-156 Question# 34:
Names and relationships of persons traveling with you.
Should both of us show each other name in this?

Question#25:
Name and telephone number of persin in us who you will be staying with or visitn g for tourism or business.
I already have apartment here, but staying alone. Should I put my own details and wife should enter my details?

Please help.
