Hello Gurus',

My I-485 is filed in VSC judrication and I am getting another offer from NSC judrication. this company had some branches in VSC center but head quarters in TSC.


1) Do you recemmend me to inform INS abt job change??


2) New job will same salary(little plus) and title.


3) My wife used her EAD to work.The new company is ready to applying for Transfer of H-1.Can i apply for H-4 transfer also, if yes what is status of my wife EAD?.

4) I have approved EAD(Cards not yet received), but i never used it. My 180 days will be over by this week. Do you want use EAD for new job or H-1 transnfer . (AS per as my present company they said if 180 days passed they are not going to revoke my GC, still one more week to go for 180 days).

1) Sure that'll be usefull.
2)As far as the title and job functionality are same there should not be any problem
3)She'll be on AOS(adjustment of status), you cannot apply fo her H4 transfer.
4) If the new company is willing for the H1 tranfer then go with that. Don't use the EAD. But if your H1 is lasting long , say if it's valid for more than a year then do the H1 transfer. But any way if the company is ready for the tranfer then
