I am having my Green Card processed thru my husband\'s company as his spouse. We filed I-485 on 6/6/01. I also got 485 receipt. My husband asking me for divorce.

What would happen to my Gc process,

a. If I get divorce before the approval of GC.
b. If my husband leaves his job, or gets fired.
c. If we get legally separated.

Can I have my GC processed thru my company while my 485 is already under process thru my husband\'s company. I am on H1-B visa thru my company.

Please advise me.

You can apply thro your employer

You can definitely apply thro your employer. The processing can be concurrent to your current husband\'s. So, start the process right away so that you don\'t loose time. You can get the labor done, 140 and still choose not to process your 485 just in case your marriage works out and you don\'t have to divorce.

I am not sure, but I think the AC-21 should apply here.

sine you filed 485 on 6/6, after december you should be able to transfer the same process to your employer.

I am not sure- please consult a lawyer.
