I came to US in 1993 on J1 as a student. I am missing copies of my J1 and I need to determine if I am a subject to the 2 year home residence. I need to know how I can find a copy of my J1 (the school has destroyed it since too much time has gone by) and also where can I submit a request to determine for sure if I am a subject to this rule.
