I waiting for my FP.
And today I got call from my previous companies layer regarding my a/c settlement. I have to pay them $1500 and they have to pay me my last salary check.
They are saying me that first pay the $1500 then they will release my pay check, which they will not. I told them that adjust my last pay check and tell me what is the balance amount that I have to pay so that I can pay you.
Now they are telling me that they will file case against me in the court.
Since my green card in last stage, I don\'t want to take risk.
Please suggest me what to do.
