I was working for company A and Me and my wife have Visa stamped in PP for company A. After that I changed to Company B I have approved H1B for Company B but the stamped Visa is same old for company A.

My wife was in india and coming back to US. She has old Visa stamped for company A valid until Feb 2005.

She has copy of my Company B H1B approval.

I have heard about some I-539 form for H4 visa holders..is that has something to do with my case..

Will it be OK or does she need any other document?

Thanks

She is absolutely fine as long as she can carry her H4 approval copy and give it at the port of entry and just a confirmation that you are working for Company B.

If she has AP, then its still more easier too. But, I wouldnt worry about this.

Thanks for replying ...What you mean by H4 approval copy..she has H4 stamped on her passport for old company and Photocopy of my new H1B approval..

are you talking about the same..

Thanks.

I am talking about the new H4 that was approved in her name, since you have H1 from Company B, she needs to have H4 from Company B also.

If you have already filed AOS, then you are fine.
