PLEASE HELP -- URGENT EAD form w/out Signature Card ...

Hi all,

I have submitted an EAD application without Signature card..
What will happen to the EAD application ? What would you suggest
to take care of this ? Do I need to send it to INS again....only
Signature card or what ? Please help ....

I have heard of some applications being app\'d without the card. However, this item is one of the pieces of info request on the i-765 application. Maybe wait for rec\'d notice & WAC # & submit as a separate attachment. My EAD card has my signature which was taken from the signature card. They didn\'t use the fingerprint though.

Signature card is not mandatory at CSC thats what i heard..I had not provided signature card and per IIO mine has been approved 04/16/01 ..avm not yet updated and card not yet received

I do not know what will happen for your EAD application. For my wife, it was sent back without process by CSC and they asked for the Signature card and copy of I485 receipt notice. For sure, there is siganature on the EAD card.
