Please help Urgent CP to 485

My 140 approved to cp, But planning to for I485 AOS. Can I apply for 485?

will it affect in getting EAD?

No EAD for cp

You can apply for 485 regarless what you choose at the time of 140, but it will take a little longer. applying for 485 has no bearing for ead, your question is not very clear about that, you can get ead via 485 only, ead is not given for cp cases.
