please help urgent advice required regarding Job offer

Hello Gurus/Friends
I was with company A and company A filled my GC. I used AC-21 portability rule after 6 months of 485 filing to change jobs to Company B. Now I have an offer from Company C as a W2 - Hourly Employee.

The offer letter that I received states that I would be an W2 hourly employee. I am concerned that the INS could interpret this as a Non-full time position.

Has anyone been in this situation. Please advise as soon as possible, i would really appreciate.

I am in a similar situation, but managed to get a letter from the employer that I am a full time employee. This is different from the employment letter. This is addressed to the BCIS directly from the new employer. I guess if u can procure the letter then you should be good.
