please help two times reentry permits!!

hello . I became perm resident in june 94 and then went back to india for 18 months with a reentry permit. came back and again apply for reentry permit and got it. went back to india for 14 months. So I have rentry permits two times. I have been in US continuously since sep 1998. went to india in june 2001 for 30 days only. my question is that will I get 364 days credit out of those 4 years that I was out of US. And can I apply on 4 year and 1 day rule now.

thanks for the reply joe. my father out of US for about 60 days
in 2001. do we have to wait for 60 days or 4 year one day rule is still apply without waiting for 60 days. one more thing my father never filed tax returns in US because he never work in US. he does not have a bank account nor any assets. i took care of all his needs. in india also he retired long time ago. will that be a problem. i will appreciate your reply.
