Please Help!! Travel with AP, I-94 Lost

I got my AP approved and will travel abroad soon. Now my problem is that I found that I lost my I-94 card, and there is no enough time for me to replace my I-94 card. And since I used EAD to work, so I even don't know I'm eligible to get a new I-94 card (my old I-94 card is F-1). What should I do now? Please help! Thanks!
