Guys,
My case is kinda different. My labour and I-140 done in 2002. Then I went back to India and Ireland so changed to consular processing through I-824. It took 2 yrs to approve. By the time I came back here and changed to I-485. Got through Fingerprinting. Question is it is been six months since FP done and staus has not been changed at all? I mean online status. How can I know if my case has gone for FBI name check?

FP - done 4/29/2005
