MS in Chemical Engineering, working for a Fortune500 company in R&D. The company had some pretty significant layoffs since last year. The company\'s lawyer suggests to apply EB1-OR since it\'s hard to start LC considering the company\'s situation right now. But all I have are 6 international conference papers (all published proceedings), two journal papers but not in English. I\'m not sure what kind of reference letters I could get. Do I have a chance for EB-1OR or should I just sit tight and wait for the right time for LC?
