I am a US Green card holder. I am eligible to apply US citizenship after this month. My wife and I were married in the US but she is a Chinese citizen, now shes in China. I forgot to apply a Social Secrity number for her

When I applying my citizenship can I apply with her? if no
How do I apply her after I get my citizenship?
how long does she have to wait to get the Visa to come to US?
Does she still have to go to the interview in China?

You can apply I-130 for her now, and after you get your citizenship just upgrade your application.

1) wait till you get your citizenship (after oath). check with US Embassy of the city in China where your wife lives to determine if you can do DCF.
2) file the I-130 and upgrade it after you get your citizenship
