Hi, Guys, please help me on this question:
Is the previous three year tax record a must for I-485? Both My husband and me didn't keep our record for 2001 and 2002 and we only sent to CIS the tax transcripts. Is that OK? I really don't want to get reference for that. Actually I have got the records from the IRS after I submitted my I-485. Do I need to give them to the local CIS people during my FP? My husband never got his ones back even he requested at the same time with me. He called them several times, but still no answer.
