I have filed I-140/EB-1 concurrently with I-485. My petition has not been approved yet. I am planning on marrying. What are the procedures for her to get a green card as well? When my I-140 gets approved, can she file then? What does she have to file? Are there any restrictions on when to get married after filing or something like that?

Please help, she is legal untill November.
 
I guess you are in the wrong forum, pardon me if am wrong. Are you talking about your GC through employment? If so, your question should be addressed in a different forum? If you are on h1 and get married, even though, you have filed your I140, your wife will be granted H4 status and then when you file for I485, you can add her, or if you have done so, you can get her H4 visa and add her. Though, you might want to double check.
 
Thank you so much for answering. Where should I post to get more opinions? What is H4 and how to apply for it? I filed I-140 and I-485 together. I-140 can take an eternity to get approved and she becomes illegal in November. What actions should I take? Is it ok to get married while my petitions are pending?

It's called follow-to-join procedure. As soon as you are married, you can file for her 485 based on your 485.
