Please Help !! RFE on EAD Renewal

Hi All,

Yesterday I received RFE notice on EAD Renewal, asking for I-140 approval evidence. I'm an AC21 case, changed the sponsoring employer after 250 days. I did send I-140 approval notice with my EAD renewal docs.

Unfortunatly yesterday only I found out that I'm pretty much screwed. My I-140 approval doesn't have my middle initial expanded, all other documents got middle initial spelled out as middle name. My passport has my middle name with the last name. I was told that this is a big mistake and even chances are there to deny my I485.

Is it a big issue ? What can I do to correct that?

No need to worry

If you spell out your last name in the application of 140 then you are fine. most of the time the expanded version of middle initial is not printed on the documents.
