Please Help !! RFE for 140

Hi,
I filled my 140 using substitute labour in 2003 march and done FP in May at CSC.My company which filled I-140 is dissolved and formed new
company with same employes and clients but change in ownership.
I got an RFE for asking paystub and tax returns for 2004.

I dont have any document to show relationship between two companies
what should i do ? How can i show relationship between two companies ??

Any comments is really helpful..

Search for mergers and acquisitions - you should see some info. See a qualified attorney, there is a possibility that you can file a 140 amendment along with your RFE for the new company - you will need some documents of course to prove the new company as the successor in interest of the old company. I may be soon under the same umbrella, so pls update on what you come up with.
