Please Help---Retain Priority Date

I have two cases:

1. I applied for labor certificate (non-RIR LC) in November 2001. So far my case is still pending in Dallas Backlog Center. I have received the 45-day letter, but the case has not been approved.

2. I applied for NIW/I-485 in September 2005, and my NIW was approved in 3 weeks (TSC).

My LC case has a priority date of Nov. 2001, and NIW case has Sep. 2005. Since I came from a retrogressed country, I wonder if I can retain my LC priority date.

Any information is really appreciated!
 
Denied EB-1 and Approved NIW

Hello,

I am also in the same boat. I had applied EB-1EA and that got denied. But there is an appeal pending for both I-140 and I-485.

Today I got the info that my NIW got approved. I filed I-485 also along with I-140.

Is there a way to pull my I-485 from EB-1 to transfer that to NIW so that I can keep my PD of EB-1 petition?

Please suggest.
