Please help regarding the medical examination.

Hello Everyone,

Our

I485 & I140 ND --- 1/29/03
FP1--- 3/11/03
I140 AD --- 12/2/03

but with I485 we didnt send our medical exam reports, out lawyer told us that we will send them reports after 1 year as they expire before they touch the case or we will send them when they will send the RFE regarding the medical results.
But now I am affraid after reading that they can reject the case for not including the reports.

What should we do now, Should we send them the reports even before getting the rfe????

Please help???Any suggestions???

Ask your lawyer- what to do. Generally lawyers don't like to send information without RFE- it seems it gets lost.

Without medical you should get RFE- that you can answer. So it should not be a big deal- a little delay- maybe RFE accelarates the case.
