PLEASE HELP!!
I initially came on H1B with Company A in December 2003
My H1B expired in May 2006 and my employer filed L1B which is valid till May 2008
I want to reapply for H1B through another Company B. Do I need to file a fresh H1B in March or can I do it even after October.
Will I come under the Cap?
My problem is I just filed a fresh H1B for my wife and I want to make sure that she gets her visa before I start processing mine. If mine is going to be a new H1B from the scratch then I need to do it immediately else I will wait till October.
