Please help, questions on priority dates

I am a U.S. citizen and filed I-130 for my brother 6 years ago, so my brother has a priority date of 2001.

Now, my father becomes a U.S. citizen, if he files another I-130 for my brother, can my brother keep the original priority date?

No. Your petition for your bro & your dad's petition for your bro are two different cases. If your dad filed an I-130 for your bro when he first got his permanent residency, then your bro could keep the original priority date when your dad became a citizen.
