Please help! Question about I-130 item #22??

I am currently in the bay area and am going to concurrently file 130, 485, 131 to Chicago lockbox. Should I put "Chicago" "IL" as the answer to this question instead of the local San Jose office?

You need to find what USCIS District Office has jurisdiction over your city.
