I have a question related with DS-230 Part II Q29.

It asks to fill the "Name and Address of Petitioner".

Who is the petitioner? I am a sponsor to my wife's immigrant visa (and I-130). Am I the petitioner?

However, since my wife needs to complete the DS-230, is she the petitioner?

any clarification would be great.
