Please help.Query not received yet

My receipt no was sent on Oct 11th 2001.Apparently INS sent a query on Nov 7th 2001 .Neither our attorneys nor we received the query.It is almost 3 months.We tried faxing INS.Recently sent a letter too not to mention tried calling INS(though could not get through).Is there any other way I can know what the query is.Thanks.

Your attorney MUST call INS and speak to an IIO

Your petition will be denied if you do not respond. This needs to be done ASAP. Getting through to INS is a pain but it must be done.
