Please help!!! Process time for 485 at CSC

Hi friends,

Any idea how long it is taking now to process 485 at CSC. i got my I-140 approved for AOS.Is it better to file for AOS (or) file I-824 and go for CP.According to my understanding even I-824 is taking 2-3 months...

CP would take approx 6 to 8 months, meanwhile the eb3 dates might retrogress in march 2002(according to murthy chat), in that case if you apply for cp now, you should be done by march and you will be on safe side, by the way what is your priority date?

if you have no worries doing CP

my opinion CP is better, else stick to AOS and it could take one plus years
better take advice from attorney before you decide!
