Please help - Pre-approved labor - Salary Difference

Hi All,

My company has a pre-approved labor that they can use for me. The only problem is the salary difference between what I am getting right now and what is mentioned on the approved labor. As this salary is what I should be making once I get my GC, the lawyer is asking my manager to just provide a letter saying that they will give this salary once I get my Green Card. But my company is not willing to commit to anything at this point.

Question: Can I still use this Approved labor? Thanks!

Company have to offer the salary mentioned in LC (on paper now & may be really after GC) then only you can use the LC.
